Platform Content: All content, features, and functionality of Pollyrate, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Pollyrate and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content: You retain ownership of content you post on Pollyrate. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with operating and promoting the platform.
Reviews and ratings of politicians must be based on your genuine experience and opinion. You may not post fraudulent, misleading, or paid reviews. We reserve the right to verify reviews and remove those that violate our policies.
Pollyrate is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not endorse or verify the accuracy of user-generated content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pollyrate and its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pollyrate from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Pollyrate at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
Pollyrate is operated by Poly Vibe LLC, a US-based limited liability company. The platform operates under US Section 230 protections.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform and updating the effective date. Your continued use of Pollyrate after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
